Family News - Oregon and CA

Hi all,
We are doing well, holed up in our home for probably another two weeks at least. We have a friend shopping once a week for us and we have enough wood for heating the house, electricity, lots of games, a good, quiet walking road, access to movies, and living from the heart as a daily practice.

They grow up fast, so wanted to keep you posted on our grandchild -
Oregon is now asking all citizens to stay home, as of today. They are doing well with the new addition and had to cancel their trip to see up this past week. Hopefully, we will get to visit in July. ...

Hope you are all doing well. Sending loving thoughts...
Jim Sondra

Dov and Mary Hunter have a great place to hunker down. Time to bond and enjoy the gifts that we have. I'm sorry that you, PD and Sondra, won't be able to enjoy your family for a while.
We are OK here, not much different for us retired guys...the only thing I miss is the gym, but mountain walks make up for it. Dialysis is tough...no visitors, but the staff is very careful and protecting.
Stay safe and well.
Love to all.

So far so good in Hollywood, Kathy and I doing everything we can to keep it that way. Lots of hand washing and only leaving the house to walk the dog. We are having our groceries from Publix delivered via Instacart which has worked out nicely. Have added Amazon Prime to our cable service so have lots of stuff to keep us busy.

Matt, Melissa and the grandkids doing well in DC. Melissa is doing on line learning programs for her Montessori school for which the kids are part of. Matt is working from home, he took a position with the US Chamber of Commerce at the beginning of the year which he seems to enjoy.

Love to all....stay safe,

Ga. had minor surgery for a fissure repair last week and is doing well; quite an experience at the hospital, though...everyone very serious, no nonsense. She was in and out without any drama. I still shop once a week and drive her to dialysis, but otherwise we are home bound. Refridge went out today so am waiting for repairman (at lest one was open); will sanitize after he leaves.
Keep safe as you can, love to all.
